Midtown Office

Located within a high rise building in the garment district – the client requested that the space be opened up and made into a more client friendly atmosphere. Existing conditions consisted of dark closed offices, carpeted floors and poor space management.  GA opened up the existing enclosed offices with large floor to ceiling glass windows and doors. We then created a combination of open associate workspaces and a reception and waiting area in the main space. Wood flooring and bright finishes helped to brighten up the existing dull atmosphere.
